Miss Saigon Vietnamese Cuisine is a very nice restaurant in Kennedy Town. It's just right across the street when you come out of the MTR. They have really delicious food. The portion of the food is big and value for money. We had a really good dinner there.The golden soft shell crab is a must-try! It was crispy and really meaty. The BBQ pork neck pho was really big in portion and I think it was meant for 2 people. The pork neck was the main factor. Not the traditional ingredients that you would find in Vietnam but it's a very nice combination. was thinly sliced and soft and tender. The stock was light, rich and the flavours were well balanced. Together with the rice noodles, it was a hearty comforting bowl of Pho. Super yummy.
The stir-fried baby cabbage was good and big in portion too.
Shredded chicken vermicelli bowl was not too dry and tasty. They gave a lot of shredded chicken in the bowl.
Will definitely visit the restaurant again if im around the area and hope to try other food next time.
