Home: Eat to Live is a new place located in Central. For a place in Central, it's quite large with two floors. This I didn't expect considering the high cost of rent in Hong Kong. But as there are not that many choices for vegans in Hong Kong, there was quite a good amount of people here. Serving hot meals, salads, desserts and drinks. it seemed to all be focused on being healthy.

As I was by myself and waiting for boyfriend, I decided to stop here for a snack break.

Hibiscus Lemonade ($45). Not too sour as at first I thought it would be super sour. But It wasn't. There was a strong taste of the hibiscus.

Vegan Lemon Pie ($60). Now this was the star of my snack day. The lemon custard was not too sweet and not too tart. It had a strong lemony taste that I love. However, the custard wasn't set  and thus very watery. That was a tad disappointing. The crust was wonderful and mixture of various grains to create it. It was crunchy and quite tasty.

A good option for a healthier lifestyle. The food was pretty good. I will be back for a meal one day as the flatbread choices seemed intriguing.
