I’m not a vegan myself, so I don’t really actively seek for vegan places when I head out to eat. The other day, my friend took us to this newly opened vegan place on a Saturday for late lunch, and to my expectations, I was totally blown out! I’ve always thought vegan would be quite bland and not many choices. But I was totally amazed with the food. Not only the food tasted delicious, but you can tell that the chef has put his/her effort in the plating and presentation of the food. This place has a small bakery too, where they have fresh homemade bread and bagels everyday! For someone like me who doesn’t take beef, the first thing that caught my eyes on the menu was the root burger and fries. It was YUMMY!! I know for sure that I’ll definitely go back again, SOON!!
