My second favourite after the BBQ pork! It was chewy and had a really nice smokey flavour to it The outside was also crispy which I really enjoyed 👍🏻

😽 Taro rolls~
Didn’t expect to see Taro rolls on a mock meat platter, it really was the odd one out there... that being said, I love Taro, so I won’t complain 😁 The texture was super soft and almost melted in the mouth. I really enjoyed this one 👍🏻

Well... not a fan :/ The pork itself was a bit too soft and the sauce didn’t really do wonders to enhance the flavour. The bone was made out of celery root (I’m almost certain), so it was stringy upon bitting, making me feel like there was hair stuck inside 😭😂 Honestly, I’m startling to think that I just don’t like ‘pork’ in general..
