After trying the savoury Taro pudding at the TST opening I was hooked.I love this Matsutake and taro pudding.It has a strong five spice powder aroma with a starchy texture.There are chunks of taro, Matsutake and carrots in it.A great Chinese radish pudding because it has lots of Chinese radish and morel mushrooms.The cross section is so pretty when you slice it.It tasted delicious as well and natrual because there was a good balance of radish and flour.
