Very bad experience

My friends and I went to this restaurant on sat, ordered a steak set and a lobster dinner. The steak was overdone and the lobster was dry and not fresh. They also forgot to give us the garlic bread which is part of the meal. The worst part is that when they served the meal, the oil from the plate dripped on my leather bag, my friends shopping bag and made it very dirty and oily. we complained it to the waiter, she passed us a glass of soda water to clean, since it is a very expensive and deli

They also forgot to give us the garlic bread which is part of the meal. The worst part is that when they served the meal, the oil from the plate dripped on my leather bag, my friends shopping bag and made it very dirty and oily. we complained it to the waiter, she passed us a glass of soda water to clean, since it is a very expensive and delicate leather bag, we are concerned that using Soda water could cause damage to the bag and asked to speak to the supervisor so that we can have a better resolution to solve the issue. they took it very lightly, and ignored us completely for this request. She claimed that they didn’t do it on purpose, what do we expect them to do?!... Shame on this restaurant, being in the service industry, neither do they have a sense of customer service nor do they have the basic understanding of what is wrong and what is right.... I won’t recommend anyone to go to this place, as you will be treated like a piece of dirt....
