My first review on Openrice and sorry it's all about very bad service! My wife and I came during lunch today.We waited 15 minutes for a small cup of tea that is half filled. That is after we have enquired why the table next to us has tea while we don't.40 minutes for the first dish to come. The head waitress/owner(?) agreed to take off the beer, which I obviously didn't touch. However, when the bill comes, the beer is still on the bill. Good that my wife reminded me to check. I guess I don't usually check bills that carefully, but for sure I'm not happy to see that the item is still there on the bill.
Food is decent, but portion is small. On balance, overall experience is very poor consider we eat out so much everywhere. I feel it's expensive for what it is, and there are lots of choices nearby where you can get excellent food and service for 200HKD or + per person. Not sure why no one posted any bad review on OpenRice, because we only came here today because the rating on OpenRice seemed good.
WILL NOT GO AGAIN.
