Very disappointed

My wife said that this is one of the most famous restaurants in both London and NY, so we gave a try tonight, and we had some expectation that it is at least something not too bad; very disappointed that the food was totally unacceptable. No surprise & costly. We had tried the Wagyu beef grilled on stone, if I remember correctly the dish was charged around $700, the texture of the beef is more or less close to a rubber bend. The other dishes just so so on taste. I really wonder how long such a restaurant could stand in the Elements. We did not order too much this time. I would say the best in the entire dinner was the cup of coffee, that is.
