Haven't been there for a couple of years. Had lunch there today.....ordered 叉鹅饭As the saying goes..the best foods should have 色香味 all 3 elements. Here's my comments on my 叉鹅饭Rice.....so dry that I almost choked. I prefer rice that's a bit dry but this was extreme. Rice was also lukewarmBoth 叉鹅 were room temperature..BBQ pork tasted quite good, but it does not have 色香, because they didn't BBQ it enough and it was lukewarm.鹅 did not have 色,香, or 味. 鹅 did not have 色,香, or 味. The skin was dull, sign that it has been sitting there for a long time, surprising given that it's only lunch time. Meat was tough, and did not have the goose taste. Skin was not crispy.
The sauce had nice 色, but I can't smell any 香 and it did not have any 味. It was interested to also see that the sauce was thicker than most sauce used for BBQ rice.
For $45....I will not go back there again.
