My family and I are very disappointed in this branch of simply life as we are an avid fan. I guess the standards are not the same for every branch as we always fancy eating at Simply Life(Admiralty). This time we tried at Yuen Long and the service was different and the food served to us was aweful. We arrived 5:30pm for an early dinner and finished ordering around 5:37pm but the food was served around 6:15pm.The bread was cold and rubber textured unlike in Admiralty it’s warm and crispy. The bread was cold and rubber textured unlike in Admiralty it’s warm and crispy. To make things worst the Lamb Shank was hard with a dirty plate. Rib eye was presented well but when I had a slice it tasted burnt. So I wondered why but I continued eating when I notice it’s really burnt so I flipped it and there I saw the burned side but wasn’t able to take a photo coz I was furious. Called the attention of the manager and I let him see the burned part and they served me a new one, but it still tasted burnt and didn’t finish it. Here’s the photo.
By the way its my wife’s birthday today🤦🏻♂️
