Flatbread is always too soggy and I reminded them to make sure not to put too much sauce but less. It came out the most soggy flatbread ever. It was my walk-in takeaway order and I called the shop. Then I guess cashier took my call and she asked store manager for help to deal with complains but shockingly store manager said she didn’t want to deal with customer! Why do I know? Because phone was not unmuted during the whole time. Beyond disappointment.
