well, this is one of my favourite coffee shops in HK, (the other being the illy coffee booth at the basement of joyce center.)Their espresso are very very good but only at selected hours, because there is only one guy who make espresso the right way, and that guy only works at night on weekdays, all other guys who make espresso are fine too, but they miss out some very important steps.The one guy I'm talking about is a skinny guy, it is hard to describe how he looks, since they all look similar,

The one guy I'm talking about is a skinny guy, it is hard to describe how he looks, since they all look similar, but with one difference, he heat the espresso cup before making it, and the espresso he made have crema that is reddish-brown in color.(crema is the cream-like bubbles on top of the espresso when is first poured out.) you will know what i am talking about when you see it.
I don't know anything about their foods or drinks except espresso of this coffee shop since didn't try any. All i care about is espresso.
by the way, if you buy espresso at this store, don't use paper cups, it just taste different.
