为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Very Good Viet Pho

A small shop located at the end of 山林道@Austin Road.  The menu is very "focused" on 2-3 dishes of what the owners believe they do best.  I found the 生牛肉河 is by far the best of all those I tried in Hong Kong.  In fact, it reminded me of what I used to have in the Vietnamese pho restaurants in the US. I will certainly return with friends.

题外话/补充资料： There are only a handful 2-, 4-seater tables in the shop. I recommend going solo or a small group (2-4 pax).
