I need to go Sheung Wan to change currency as everyone knew that the rate there was very competitive. After i was done, i was planning to have something light for my meal as i ate too much for the past few days. While walking along Wing Lok Street, i noticed this small and new kiosk selling healthy meals and drinks. Veggi Monster sells themselves as green, fresh and vegan. Their menu was simple, offering burger, wrap, salad, snacks and drinks. If i purchase any burger or wrap, i can enjoy the combo price for any other items.
There was a glass fridge at the storefront displaying their wrap, salad and drinks etc.
Cold pressed detox juice - There were 4 flavours available, thus i chose Dr Detox in the end. It was mixed with pear, cucumber, apple, kale, lemon and ginger. It was not too overly sweet, which suited me perfectly. The juice was clear and cucumber and apple taste was strong.
Natural fruit juice (Guava) - It was clear and sweet, with strong guava taste.
Dairy free ice cream - They have 4 flavours available, and i chose chai tea flavour as it was more special. It was served hard and creamy, and the chai tea smell and taste was surprisingly strong.
Avocado & cashew - There were alot of ingredients in the wrap, with avocado, cashew nuts, seaweed, fresh mushroom and cucumber. I could taste the freshness of the ingredients when i took a bite. Because of the cashew nuts, it was crunchy as well.
