We discovered this place randomly while walking out lastnight and decided to try. Turns out the ppeople who run it, a local HK chinesecouple are LOVELY. She is the cook, and has been trained on the art ofpreparing Japanese food and she does it well. She mixes ingredients that areoften neglected adding subtle flavors and tastes. A very nice diner and verygood experience. This place is the exact opposite of the chain restaurant runby big industrial groups. This is a homey cute little place run by

On the down side, it is a bit pricy and not every body can afford that, but if
you can then you have the garantee you are supporting local people at least
