2/5Prawn dumplings is the only dim sum tried here, I feel like is just alright. The skin a little softer then normal, filling is very average. Char siu texture is the very soft tender like, flavour is normal. Mushrooms salad dressing is very good.Fish thick soup is nice, I like the little crispy thing they added in. The sauce for the beef and pomelo skin is quite salty. Pomelo skin could be softer to my taste, could still taste the fibre.
Pigeon is a straight no. Not crispy, not juicy, not tender. Fish noodles leak of all seasoning, quite dry.
Ginger milk pudding is way too “gingery” that we can even eat it after few taste. Deep fried milk is amazing!
