Very poor service

Very disappointed with the service level in this restaurant. We order the food around 7:50 and many dishes are not available. The waitress told us that we need to preorder the food. The food in question is roasted duck, roast goose and the lamb pot. These are just normal food and wonder why it is not available so early... the waitress sounds like we are so ignorant that we did not preorder the food. Not worth to visit again.
