Very poor service

We frequently go there. We really love their gelato and as my experience staff have been always very nice and friendly but this time one lady staff who was very rude and shouted which flavour we want after we ordered. It might be my fault that i spoke softly that she couldn’t hear but she just shouted at me with that bad face. Terrible experience. We atleast expect a smile from staff not to be treated like that.
