First try on the noodle house. We ordered pork noodles and assorted pork noodles. The bowl is a medium in size. And there are lots of ingredients apart from pork. The fundamental pork bone soup is quite delicious, the pork essence seems to have saturated in the soup, even the fat ... so it is actually very, very rich. The pork slice is ok, the bite is ok. And the pork belly's meat is tender while the portion of fat is half of the whole thing! And the other main, the noodles, is really not good a

The fundamental pork bone soup is quite delicious, the pork essence seems to have saturated in the soup, even the fat ... so it is actually very, very rich. The pork slice is ok, the bite is ok. And the pork belly's meat is tender while the portion of fat is half of the whole thing! And the other main, the noodles, is really not good and the bite is similar to the one I bought in Jap supermarket. May I suggest to cook a bit longer.
The overall is again a so-so meal and the price is not cheap ... And the bowl is quite oily making my stomach still full after hours.
