During lunch time I could only see less than 5 waiters serving the entire restaurant. The waiters were slow, impolite and unattentive. We waited a long time we could order and let alone to mention how long it took us for the extra set of knife and fork and plates we would like to have for sharing.Food is very so so and it took a very longgggggggggggggg time for the dishes to come.And when I called to book, the waitress who picked up the phone sounded very very rude, she even hung up when I was s

And when I called to book, the waitress who picked up the phone sounded very very rude, she even hung up when I was still asking her questions.
I would suggest this restaurant to either CLOSE DOWN or their company to consider moving the manager of their Pacific Place restaurant to manage this one at the Jardine House.
I really think this Jardine House Grappas is ruining their company's reputatoin.
