Very value for money Japanese lunch

Found this place through OpenRice! Ca-Tu-Ya is great for those who enjoy a yummy, great value Japanese lunch. Decor was nice and staff were very friendly. I got the deep fried chicken egg rice and an add-on of 2 pieces of shrimp. Loved their deep-friend batter here - but definitely not for those are
