Vietnamese pork chop bun - Bun was toasted till soft and crispy and pork chop was grilled till chewy and juicy, with plenty of veggie wrapped with it.
Vietnam shrimp paste fried rice - Fried rice was cooked till chewy and fragrant, not sticky. There were prawns and ham in it, making it flavourful. It was huge in serving as well.
