春庭越調 (已結業)

Came for the 3 course set lunch which includes a salad, soup, pho and coffee. It was value for money given the beautiful interior setting they retained from previous operator . The pho is slightly different from the authentic kind one finds in Vietnam . The broth is clear but on the oily side and the beef bone flavour is light. Perhaps the chef was trying to reinvent it with a twist. Time will tell if this lighter version is popular.
