Tung Chung Outlets has many food choices and if you are not familiar with the layout of the mall finding this restaurant is not that easy.Have eaten at other branches but have been put off with the time limits they have.Went in late afternoon and no need to wait for table and no mention of time limit. which had a 'cracker' base but was quite 'hard' to cut through. Presentation was nice but taste so so.

Flavour was good for this salad but not for those who do not like coriander. The crispy taro strips on top added an additional layer of texture to the salad.

Was pleasantly surprised that it was not too heavy and the sausages complimented the rice well.
For mains we ended up with 2 pork chop dishes, one tossed vermicelli:

Good portion size and pork not too dry but not keen on the flavouring of the sauce.
Also had the lemongrass pork chop with rice, again good portion size and nice to have the pickled radish.

My overall favourite was the pork Banh Mi (bun).

The bread was nice with plenty of the 'cha siu' filling which had good flavour and not over greasy. Would of been better with more vegetables in the bun.
As an afternoon set not particularly "cheap" but portion size is good and we were not able to finish the food.
