Went to Ruth's Steakhouse for lunch with my family right after my flight to HK. All of us ordered a salad, steak (either 6 oz or 8 oz) and coffee. The salad was just okay...but again you can't really screw up when it comes to salad.What I like to comment on is the SERVICE...BEYOND CRAP...we all asked for medium rares...mine was more like a well-done..when I talked tothe Filipino waiter..he was like ..."why don't you cut it open first??" I did...and the meat from the inside is like dark brownish.

YOU ARE STILL NOT SATISFIED??" ummmm..hello?? everyone can clearly see it's well done...i asked for a medium rare ...what a stupid question...and i don't like the tone of his voice...however, the manager offered me a replacement ..and that was DEFINITELY a medium rare. The steak waas okay...i had better. But I don't like the way the waiter talked to me. I might be young but that is no reason to discredit my opinion. I am not coming back for this kind of service
