Often surprised that not too many people has write review for their weekend brunch so decided to share the good stuff to all. Firstly all juices are fresh and the lobster are fresh n juicy.
Sashimi are not bad either and they have a range of Parma hams and fresh figs n melon to come along.With the food on menu the lamp chop, ox tongue, angus beef, foie gras, cod fish are strongly recommended. The asparagus are also a choice if you want some greens.
Dessert are no doubt high quality with movenpick ice cream.
+$180 you get free flow of VCP Champagne and the waiters are very generous and keep pouring up for you.
We all reckon is better than the buffet at JW cafe next door with the cook to order concept not wasting any food and of higher quality. But of Coz JW cafe are also very good itself, just different style and abit more crowded.
