Today I tried their Matcha and Chocolate Fondant Parfait during lunch. I think it was a perfect match as the chocolate fondant alone would have been a bit too sweet but together with the matcha parfait, it became a much balanced dessert.However, I noticed that some other parfaits also have this chocolate fondant option too. This may not be the best match as the dessert would become a bit too sweet.
