Went for "high tea", ended up a disaster

We ordered the afternoon special, and some drinks (incl. hot teas). The tea was luke warm when it arrived, we waited a long time for them, the soft drink arrived first. The food was so-so, it took a long time for dishes to come out. One especially, we kept asking 3 different staff members what's happened to our order on 3 different occasions. We went in at 2pm and left nearly 5pm!?! We were only planning to go in for about an hour or so. They seemed staffed enough on the floor so I presume there

The food was so-so, it took a long time for dishes to come out. One especially, we kept asking 3 different staff members what's happened to our order on 3 different occasions. We went in at 2pm and left nearly 5pm!?! We were only planning to go in for about an hour or so. They seemed staffed enough on the floor so I presume there's a backlog in the kitchen (NOTE: the restaurant wasn't even packed). I wish we went to Cafe de Coral next door, they were packed, at least we get our food on time.
