为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

I got the voucher from Jade restaurant MOKO last week so I have decided to dine in the one in New Town Plaza. This location does a good job having partition between tables. I am really disappointed about the dishes I ordered. The deep fried fish is dry and got a bad presentation. I guess most people ordered the set dinner so my selection of food was considered minority tonight. That’s why I have to write my comments after the dinner. I don’t understand why MOKO Jade can have such good dishes but the one in New Town can’t. I hope the management of Maxim can be a mystery diner to tell the difference between two locations of the same restaurant. I am totally let down my tonight since I took my mom and nephew out for dinner. The worst part

was I left work earlier than usual in order to have dinner with my family.
