I went to this restaurant with 2 of my colleagues for lunch 3 weeks before. Not having started our meal, one of their waitresses poured whole cup of hot tea right on my back. It was so unexpected that I could not escape. I immediately suffered from sharp searing hot pain and all of my clothes were wet. Immediately, I went to the nearby hospital with one of the restaurant staff and got the treatment. That afternoon I could not report on duty. After all, I found my back very uncomfortable!
It has been 3 weeks after the incident, none of the restaurant staff followed up this issue. I am really disappointed that they did not take positive action which they should be liable for my suffer.
I believe customer service is one of the most important things for a restaurant. I suffered from this issue and I didn't see they care about their customer!
