Me and my friend went to element for dinner tonight. It was only Wednesday night but there were a lot of people there! We chose to go to this newly opened restaurant at the end because they were doing some special offer. To start with we had half a dozen of oysters, I haven’t had it for a long time so I miss it so much. They were presented beautifully on a tray. For my opinion, it tasted best with the spicy sauce, the vinegar took over all the flavour of the oyster. The oyster itself was fresh and creamy. The texture was smooth. We really enjoyed them very much.
Our smoked chicken with avocado salad came awhile later. It was served on a big cold plate to keep the salad nice and fresh. The salad was so yummy! The veggies were fresh and crispy. The texture of the chicken was tender and flavourful. The avocado was smooth and soft. I really like the dressing, it was so tasty.
Our main was the prime rib eye, it was huge. It was cooked perfectly, the texture was tender and super juicy. It was soft and very easy to chew. I love the buttery flavour. I liked the fries as well, it was full of potato. It was a bit spicy but very yummy.
The mac & cheese just blow me away. It was cheesy and delicious!!!!!! I could taste the cheese in every macaroni! The flavour was spot on as well. I would certainly go back because of this.
