Newly opened restaurant/pub/micro-brewery at BRIM28.Went in for lunch with no expctations as restaurants in that complex are very average at best. However, Trafalgar delivered on what counts most - the quality of food. All the dishes were very good to excellent.Where do I start? Went in for lunch with no expctations as restaurants in that complex are very average at best. However, Trafalgar delivered on what counts most - the quality of food. All the dishes were very good to excellent.
Where do I start? Clam chowder was creamy, delicious and full of clams (as they should be). There was a salad option. For main, I had the traditional fish & chips. Yes, it was very traditonal indeed! What struck me was the extremly large portion which came onto table hot and fresh. The chips and tartar sauce were also quite good and the deep fried fish was as good as you would get anywhere. Dessert was a very respectable tiramisu with enough alcohol flavour but not too sweet. Ended with iced coffee which was again massive and extremely strong! I had real difficulty finishing everything.
And all that for under HK$100! What more can you ask for?
