Heard from friend that this newly opened restaurant is good. So I went to there on my own to have a relaxing late lunch. There are many choices of food. From bread, cakes to sandwhich etx. I saw the staff is making the sandwich and it looks fresh so I ordered a sandwich. Since I like wheat bread with salmon so I picked Salmon sandwich and picked a window seat to stay, with the music and the relaxing environment, I start my relaxing stay. When I have my first bite, the smell of wheat comes from the bread. Normally, the wheat bread I can have in Hong kong doesnt has that kind of wheat smell, it just something taste like wheat bread not smell like wheat bread, this kind of smell belongs to the bread that just came out from the oven. I am quite surprise about that!! It is the first time that I ate a wheat smell bread in Hong Kong.
Heard from the staff that the flour is imported directly from France. I guessed that is why the bread taste different.
