一直以来都好想试吓呢间餐厅,知道餐厅这个月份主题系White Truffle, 马上订位,因为我也从未食过White Truffle, 好想试吓😋, 再加上有wine pairing, 今次好玩了餐厅menu有4道菜第一道菜Knife Cut Veal Tartarefresh herbs emulsion and parmigiano 帕马森奶酪Serve with Marchesi di Barolo, Roero Arneis 2017牛仔切成细条状,肉质幼嫩,配上特别酱汁,令到肉身更滑👍 Wine comment: medium body, off-dry, medium acidity Aroma & Flavour : golden apple, apricot, white flower, peach白桃味第一次品尝到Barolo white wine, 出乎地有清新果香味,作为餐饭第一支酒,好舒服第二道菜“Acquerello” RisottoServe with Marchesi di Barolo, Barbera D’Alba Peiragal 2017用陈年米煮

第一道菜
Knife Cut Veal Tartare

牛仔切成细条状,肉质幼嫩,配上特别酱汁,令到肉身更滑👍
Wine comment: medium body, off-dry, medium acidity
Aroma & Flavour : golden apple, apricot, white flower, peach白桃味
第一次品尝到Barolo white wine, 出乎地有清新果香味,作为餐饭第一支酒,好舒服
第二道菜
“Acquerello” Risotto
Serve with Marchesi di Barolo, Barbera D’Alba Peiragal 2017
用陈年米煮Risotto, 煮出来的饭好香酒味,米身不太硬好烟韧,似日本米酿酒后再用来煮饭的感觉,能够将酒香融入意大利饭,精彩👏
Wine comment: medium body, low tannin, off-dry, medium+ acidity
Aroma & Flavour: black fruit味好重(black currant, plum, blackberry), 遥多几遥酒杯之后有oaky vanilla味
今次轮到食物是主角,支酒是配角
第三道菜
“Landes” Yellow chicken
Pot au feu vegetable, albufera sauce, shaved white truffle
Serve with Barolo “Coste di Rose” DOCG 2014
个sauce系意大利传统家庭酱汁,配家禽好夹,鸡肉嫩滑,但主角当然是white truffle👍
鸡肉、sauce & white truffle三者配合得天衣无缝
Wine comment: medium body, medium tannin, medium- sweetness, high acidity
Aroma & Flavour: 我自己觉得有red fruit味(raspberry, red plum), green pepper, oaky
建议餐厅早点开呢支酒,支酒感觉未醒,但主角当然是white truffle 😁
第四道菜
Hazelnut and Chocolate Granache
Sable Breton, white truffle and mascarpone ice cream
Serve with Marchesi di Barolo, Moscato D’Asti Zagara 2018
朱古力做得好顺滑,不太甜,个ice cream好好味,好香white truffle味
Wine comment: medium+ body, medium- acidity, high sweetness
Aroma & Flavour: 棉花糖,white flowers, 荔枝, peach, apricot味
四道菜当中以这道菜的wine&dine最成功,两者可以话系perfect matched, 酒香同ice cream味结合得完美
总结:成餐饭不断take note, 餐厅以我做咩😆
