The soup base is 100% natural coconut juice and coconut flesh, no added sugar or salt. When eating this hot pot, there is a timer sets for about 5 minutes, this ensures the chicken pieces is not overcooked. Dipped with the soy sauce mixed with sand ginger, green citrus and chilli to further accentuate the flavour.

We also ordered one of their specialties, clay pot rice with pork ribs. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the best part is ... the crispy rice formed at the bottom of the pot, which added a satisfying crunch to every bite.
