After government have relaxed the rules on dining restriction, we finally have the chance to have dinner together. Our family suggested to have hotpot since we can slowly eat and chat at the same time. We decided on Lungor private club, few minutes walk from Jordan MTR.For their dinner set, we went for their $198 pricing, consisting of free flow chicken pot, dishes and drinks etc. For their promotion period, we were entitled to their seafood platter as well. For their free flow of meat, vegetables, ball, noodles and drinks, they were placed outside for us to take. Sauce and seasoning were placed at the side as well. There were some cooked food such as traditional dessert, fried rice, fried udon and soup etc.
For the chicken hotpot, we were allowed to choose the spiciness level. We go for small level and it was cooked till very flavourful and spicy to our liking. It was juicy and smooth as well.
Milkis was milky and smooth, sweet as well. It helped to balance those oily food we ate.
Seafood platter consisted of clams, oysters, mussels, prawn, fish and scallop etc. They were fresh and chewy, juicy too as it absorbed the essence of the soup base.
Sliced beef and pork was cut till thin in texture and was chewy, with some lean fats in it.
They offered a wide range of meat balls and dumplings and some were quite special such as yam paste meat ball, cheese ball and cheese tofu cake etc. Meat ball was very chewy and meaty and fish cake were soft and juicy too.
Assorted vegetables such as sweet corn, mushroom and vegetables were fresh and crunchy, a must to have after having so much meat earlier on.
