Food was very nicely presented with flavour slightly on the strong side. Waiters were pushing their wine paring quite hard but what we saw on the wine menu didn't really catch our eyes. Interestingly though, cocktails they offer were a great pleasant surprise! Loads of variety and with a few really go quite well with the food too! We tired the tasting menu that night, and apart from the fish dish, which we found it a bit overcooked, rest of the dishes were very enjoyable. Particular the beef dish at the end! Portion was large, but the slow cooked beef strip was incredibly tender and full of flavour! Foie gras on top was a bit too big for my liking but did magic when I use that as a "dipping sauce" for the steak.
The toffee pudding was a great way to end the meal too, rich but not too sweet, didn't think we can finish the entire dish but before we know it, the pudding was sitting very comfortably in our tummy.
Great value for money, will come back again for sure!
