Seeing the long queues outside this shop and the expensive noodles offered, one'd expect excellent food and service. However, having dined here for my first time today, I will never to step foot in the restuarant again! We are greeted by an ill-tempered lady at the door, literally screaming at the restaurant's patrons who were merely enquiring how long they have to wait for their table. Seeing the long queues outside this shop and the expensive noodles offered, one'd expect excellent food and service. However, having dined here for my first time today, I will never to step foot in the restuarant again! We are greeted by an ill-tempered lady at the door, literally screaming at the restaurant's patrons who were merely enquiring how long they have to wait for their table. (In fact the restuarant itself has quite a few free tables, but the turnover is VERY slow. Perhaps to accumulate customers at the door to create the illusion that the restaurant is more popular than it is?) Asking the sore lady once again how many tables were there till ours, she dismissed us without giving us a definite answer. Surely she could find out about this with a flip of her hand? Office workers have merely 1 hour to wait before they have to return to their offices, she should know! The food simply cannot compensate for the appalling service, the ramen is seriously overpriced too. Another extraordinary company policy, a waitress claimed, was that we cannot remove the bowl from the tray it comes with even though there simply wasnt enough space on the table to put all the dishes! I
