If you like Willow Leaf Fish roe (smelt or Shishamo), you will love this gunkan.Although the roe is pale and does not look as appetizing as flying fish roe, it was really delicious for me because it is pure roe without those annoying fine bones and bitterness when the fish is grilled.I hope to get it again because it tastes really good.
