It was a wonderful Sunday evening, We drove to Jordan and visited this restaurant which was recommended. Overall it was above average and some dim sums were surprisingly amazing. Shrimp Dumplings were perfect. They came out just juicy, plump, and sweet in a delicately thin rice wrapper that wasn't too chewy. Crispy Shrimp Rice Rolls were brilliant. I was surprised because it had double layer. The outer rice roller was delicate, thin, and not chewy. The crispy inner wrapper seemed like just was picked from the deep fry pan. The shrimp were juicy and cooked just the right amount of time. After several tryout, for enjoy the crispiest rice rolls, it should be dipped into the soy sauce instead of pouring the sauce on it. Believe it or not!
Siu Mai served with crab roe on each dumpling. The pork mixed with mushroom was actually pretty good in it. May be it was the ingredients they used, I found it was the tastiest among all Dim Sum restaurants I had.
The Spring Rolls were fried to a light golden flaky crispiness with a filling of pork and bamboo shoots, and came with a sour dipping sauce. It came out fresh and hot. Yummy!!
We also ordered something that looked very similar to Shrimp Dumplings. Actually, it was a shrimp and vegetable dumpling but wrapped differently, with a thicker doughy texture. The vegetable was so flesh and crisp that it served with juicy shrimp definitely a perfect match.
We found Dimdimsum offered outstanding food and service quality with reasonable price. It could be a seductive choice for me to dine out.
BTW, there was convenient to driver for an adequate amount of parking spaces in this corner.
