This was my first time to try cold ramen which was truely impressive. The broth is light but luscious and really refreshing for hot summer days.
Asakusa Assorted Tempura Rice Set ($98) 🍤
The set came in a quite generous portion. Giant prawns, variety of veggies: mushrooms, pumpkins…which were cooked fresh and crispy. The coating are very light, not greasy and incredibly delightful. With the dipping sauce, it further added more flavour to the tempura.
The restaurant simply looks so authentic and has a lively and cozy atmosphere. The food is at an honest price (Each set includes chawanmushi and miso soup). This place really offers a good value deal at lunch time in central!
