Seafood hot pot in sea water beer soup海水啤酒海鲜火锅

Looks pretty nice and taste is also good, seafood with tiger prawns, scallop, crab, clams and turbo
Also you can choose 1 of soups(soup of spicy or tomato sea water beer)
Seafood are very freshTexture of tiger prawns are "shells teeth"
Others also nice, when mix with the tomato sea water beer, it becomes more fresh & sweet
When all the seafood put together into the soup, then you can take 1 cup of this rich soup, light sour with creamy soup, also with a little bit sea water beer, checked with the chef, he told that the soup indeed used sea water beer as below
Really want to try try, how's the taste? Is it got any taste of sea water? Salty or not?Might be try try next time when I have a meal here again!

Freshly made with fruit fruit such as orange, strawberry, green and red apples pieces, also a few of mint leaves, these makes it more fresh, taste is not too sweet, light drink and smell soft
It is perfect match with the following dish ~

the lobster completely absorbed the cream cheese sauce, the texture of lobster and spaghetti both also with bouncyIt won't greasy, not like the other restaurants, the sauce mixed with flour, here really mixing with cream cheese without flour, so the sauce is pretty nice than the others, good taste!
After a nice meal, desserts always a perfect ending ~ Raspberry meets Sabayon on Pastry洋妹子遇上沙巴翁

My friends said it is fairly sour, but for me I think just normal and light sour, this is quite special dessert I ever ate!
Although it is a famous Italian dessert!
Looks fantastic!Do you know what is the Sabayon? You can never believe, our focus is totally wrong, the sabayon is at the back which looks likes an ice cream, that's different than vanilla ice cream, it made with egg white, cream, sugar and a little shot of wine etc.....
Then using some fire to burn a few seconds, the taste and texture is more nice, sabayon is sweet and silky
The other one we cut it into 2, you can see a lot of shredded / crumbled raspberry, smell fruity and taste is sour but not over, cover with a crispy chip, very crunchy! You can also pour some fresh raspberry sauce to eat together, the taste is more great!
Overall, the environment, tapas, main, pasta, dessert and drink are all pretty good, outlook is attractive, quantities are reasonable, but for us seems too much, I am not sure is because we are not eat too much or not^^
Taste also fairly well, and is a nice place for gathering!
Should come again!
