We started with the Wagyu katsu Sando in Miso with Mayonnaise. The Wagyu is thick and tender, with a rich and buttery flavor. Light frying gives it a crispy surface and allows the fat to melt gently in your mouth.

Next, we tried the avocado-based tuna sashimi topped with caviar. The avocado is mixed with mango, giving the tuna a uniquely refreshing taste that enhances its freshness, somewhat like a sauce. The caviar adds a slight saltiness overall and further enhances the umami and fishiness of the tuna.
Then came the sweets! The soft, delicate, and milky-based Panna Cotta is topped with strawberry jam and a slice of fresh strawberry. The jam contains actual fruit pieces and is quite sweet!🥰
Petits Fours are miniature fruit-based iced cakes and chocolate macarons. These delicate sweets mark the end of the wonderful summer tea set.

我们在一个繁忙的星期日来到Tirpse放松，最重要的是品尝他们的Provence Tea Set（如果你不知道，Provence是法国东南部的一个地区，拥有美丽的自然景观和丰富的阳光🥰）。
我们首先品尝了味噌蛋黄酱和牛三明治Wagyu katsu Sando。和牛肉厚而嫩，非常丰富和拥有奶油般的口感，轻炸使其表面酥脆，让脂肪在口中轻轻融化。
接下来，我们尝试了以牛油果为基底的吞拿鱼粒，配上鱼子酱。牛油果与芒果混合在一起，为吞拿鱼带来独特的清新口感，增强了其新鲜度（有点像酱料）。鱼子酱为整体增添了一些微咸味，进一步增强了吞拿鱼的鲜味和鱼味。
然后是甜点！柔软、细致且奶香浓郁的奶冻上面加上草莓果酱和一片新鲜草莓，就是有名的Panna Cotta，果酱中含有水果块，相当有口感！🥰
