This is first time visiting this restaurant. They made me wait at the entrance even though I have a booking, even when other staff are talking and only few customers were inside. They particularly chose to serve walk-in customers that wear branded apparels first. I have done all the LHS scanning but the staff just ignore me. When they serve the green tea which they charge $12 per person, they just put down the cups in the edge of the table like in 茶餐厅。
They brought us the bill even when no one was waiting outside and there was no warning of returning table when we entered the restaurant.
This is indeed the worse Japanese restaurant I have ever been to.
