We went to POSSO to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly rude for the whole night. Making this the worst dinner we've ever had.The most frustrating part was that we ordered the char-grilled Gai Lan, which never arrived. When I asked the manager about it, she insisted she remembered serving it to us, but when I mentioned we hadn't received it, she said the kitchen was closed and she would issue a refund. I felt really disrespected, especially since we DEFINITELY DIDN’T EAT ANY Gai Lan. I wouldn’t lie about a $135 vegetable!
It’s clear why this place is closing soon. If you’re ready to be treated poorly by the manager, then go ahead and visit—you might enjoy it, but I certainly didn’t!
