Walked in at around 7:30pm. Spent an hour waiting for our orders but then was told few of our orders were sold out!! Since they have no food to serve, one of their senior staff came to tell us that we were free to go without any charge! (Of course, after our complains!) This was not fun to wait for an hour during dinner time and ended up being told that they have no food!! This was ridiculously disappointing to their services! No sincere apologies! The store manager didn’t even come and explain

Oh~ other waitresses did told us that they were super busy and had served few sections before 7:30pm.
Should your front desk inform customers that you have ran out most of your dishes before you seat your customers down?!
Worst service! Worst management!
THANKS FOR YOUR TRULY GENEROUS TO LET US SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR WITH NO FOOD CAN BE SERVED!!!
