I bought the coupons through Bxxcrazy in March, and had altogether paid two visits to Obsession, but both turned out to be disappointing and frustrating :1) The first time, we called the restaurant before we went to ask for directions, no one answered. It was Sunday around 2pm (for its opening hours being 11am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday, as stated on the coupons), but when we arrived, it was closed with its iron gate down ! Without even any notice posted to comfort disappointed customers. We didn

It was Sunday around 2pm (for its opening hours being 11am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday, as stated on the coupons), but when we arrived, it was closed with its iron gate down ! Without even any notice posted to comfort disappointed customers. We didn't even know if it would re-open sometime later the day or if it's closed for good....
2) The second time, we called the restaurant before we went, again no one answered . We were in the neighborhood so we decided to give it a try as the coupons were about to expire. It was around 3pm of a Sunday, “lucky” for us it was open. But then we were told, by a staff called Jaxk without the slightest sign of apology that, all the food items were sold out and there was nothing they can offer. The staff Jaxk was rude and blamed it all on the customer, saying that we should have called them first (which we did but no one answered). I told him that was unacceptable because it was our second trial already; he replied by accusing me of being “蛮不讲理"…
When we left the restaurant after being called “蛮不讲理”, we saw another helpless couple at the entrance who were trying to reason with the waitress, saying that it was already their second trial. They had to leave empty-handed as well.
There are plenty of choice out there, I will never go back to a resturant with such "hospitality" or service attitude.
题外话/补充资料：
When one comments on a restaurant, the food as well as the services a restaurant provides are of equal importance. I hope Openrice won't deny my comments above just because I had experienced only the services but not the food, which I had actually already paid for.
