Me and my friend were celebrating New Year at Aqua party called Med Mans party (whatever it was called).By paying 2015GK$ each we really assumed that we will get a table, but no. There were no places or siting area available at all. So, for more than an hour we were walking around and waiting for someone to give us a table. The fireworks were amazing and the view was the only thing that was worth paying that much.
Later we wanted to dance, so I left my jacket ON the table and my friend left her Valentino bag behind the table. When we returned back after 5 minutes, my jacket was ON THE FLOOR and some random people were siting at our table, drinking our Schampagne.
We were shocked.
I called a manager and explained the whole thing, but no reaction.
This is not the way I was planning to celebrate my new year standing on high heels and yelling at someone for 2015HK$, I could do this at home for free.
Nothing was done. No one cared that our table was taken away with my stuff on it.
Worst service ever.
Never go there.
Managers don't give a f**k about their clients.
