I and my wife took the ticket for next available table on line. We waited about 15 mins. All the sudden, there was a group of mainland Chinese tourists company of 5 cut in front of us and the waitress let them had the table. I asked them what happen and they didn’t answer my question and trying to let us sitting next to them. Of course, we felt unfair and not happy. Why they came late, without the waiting ticket and could have the table right the way? Is that because they are mainlander and

We didn’t take the table and told them we are not going to dine in there. We were so sad and treated unfairly.

I am not so sure about the food quality but one thing for sure we won’t go there anymore because of the non sense customer service.
PS. All conversations were in 广东话
点解大陆人唔使排队？而香港人要排队而冇枱？
