The worst experience in Happy Valley area. 18 April afternoon 2:05 set a pick up fir afternoon tea and saw a pick up time of 2:13. When arrived on time, no such pick up was ready. The final pick up time was 2:35. No one dare to say sorry. The counter woman at around mid 30 was so impolite and no answering any inquiry. Even you asked more, she walked away without any word. It is not believable for such service. You might think an afternoon tea set at $70 is not worth anything, you would lose this

It is not believable for such service. You might think an afternoon tea set at $70 is not worth anything, you would lose this customer forever. Would also spread this worst service at my network. No more ordering from this restaurant.
